Michael Carricarte, Founder and CEO of Olé Life, brings more than three decades of expertise in the Latin American and Caribbean insurance sectors. He previously led Amedex and USA Medical, delivering coverage to over one million clients across 42 countries. As President of the International Private Client Division at Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), he helped establish the company as a top health insurance provider in the region. In 2022, Carricarte launched Olé Life—the first fully digital life insurer in Latin America—offering USD-denominated policies with flexible terms and innovative benefits. Today, Olé serves clients in more than 30 countries, pioneering a new era of digital financial protection.
