Corporación Financiera Alba is an investment holding company established in 1986 and listed in Spain. It is part of the March Group, a leading business and financial Spanish family-owned group in which Banca March is the parent company and the largest shareholder of Corporación Financiera Alba.

Alba’s portfolio is currently distributed as follows: 20,2% in energy; 18,8% in industry; 16,2% in food; 7,7% in technology; 5,1% in the financial sector; 6% in leisure and 8% in real estate.

There is a significant presence in listed companies such as Naturgy, Acerinox, BME, Ebro Foods, Indra, Euskaltel, Viscofan, CIE Automotive, Parques Reunidos and Global Dominion, and also unlisted companies; many through Artá Capital, private equity management firm controlled by Alba.

Alba also has a significant investment presence in the real estate sector, mainly in high level office buildings located in prime areas in Madrid and Barcelona. Alba has a successful track record of investments and divestments, with total investments of €6.400 million and €6.700 million in divestments since its inception.
