The BCI - Banco Comercial e de Investimentos, SA was formed by a Group of Mozambican shareholders, initially as a small investment bank called AJM - Investment Bank. The BCI’s mission is to actively contribute to the economic and social development of Mozambique, creating value and generating satisfaction for customers, shareholders, employees, partners and the community at large, in a socially responsible and sustainable manner.
The BCI focuses its activity mainly in the commercial banking area, concerning both individuals or companies, particularly in term deposits and loans.It has an extensive network of about 150 branches and more than 20 specialised customer centres.
