Founded in 1992, Hong Kong Asset Management (HKAM) is devoted to offering offshore financial service and product to our high net worth clients. HKAM is registered with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and holds Type 1 (Dealing in securities), Type 2 (Dealing in futures contracts), Type 4 (Advising on securities), Type 5 (Advising on futures contracts), and Type 9 (Asset management) licenses. HKAM is also a registered Insurance broker of the Professional Insurance Brokers Association (PIBA-0090) and designs and tailors insurance products for our clients. Our flagship fund, “HKAM Global Fixed Income Fund” made a remarkable performance in the past 2 years. With our multi strategy and active managing style, we got +17.7% with NO leverage in 2020 full year. We managed to protect our investors’ capital during the Covid Crisis, and generate alpha return continuously for our investor.

Roger Profile:
Roger Wong is chief investment officer with HKAM. He has over 25 years’ experience in the global credit markets. He was previously managing director and head of fixed income at China Merchants Securities Investment Management and head of US$ Credit Trading in BOC International. Wong worked for over thirteen years at JP Morgan, where he was head of convertible bond structured credit products – Asia Ex-Japan. Wong holds an MBA with honours in finance from Columbia Business School.

Abhishek Profile:
Abhishek Rawat is portfolio manager at HKAM. He has 19 years’ experience in credit markets. Prior to starting the fund at HKAM, he was a portfolio manager at China Merchants Securities Investment Management managing a $400m global bond portfolio. Previously, Abhishek was a credit research and convertible bonds analyst at Credit Suisse and JP Morgan. He has ranked among the most astute investors in Asia for the last five years. Rawat obtained his BS (computer science) from IIT Kanpur, and his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India.
